1. General Provisions

Visiting or purchasing products by any means (online order, phone, email, etc.) from the website grova.ro implies automatic acceptance of the terms and conditions below.

This site is maintained and administered by Grova®, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier. The natural or legal person who orders and purchases products through grova.ro will be referred to as the Client.

2. Website Content

Grova® defines content as all information present on the site in the form of text, data, and images. Grova® reserves the right to update or modify the content of this site without prior notice.

The entire content of grova.ro is the property of the Supplier and is protected by current copyright law. Unauthorized use of any content elements without the Supplier's consent is punishable according to current laws (administrative, civil, or criminal). Elements of this site's content may be used or copied only with the Supplier's written consent.

3. Disclaimer

The description of goods or services available on grova.ro (texts, images, video, etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of Grova®, as they are used solely for presentation purposes. Grova® does not assume responsibility for any price or stock errors, and these do not obligate the company to any action.

Prices and product availability may be subject to subsequent changes, influenced by external factors such as pricing policy. Grova® reserves the right to correct any display errors resulting from drafting mistakes, without prior notice.

Grova® makes every effort to ensure that delivered products match the descriptions presented on the site. However, if certain product characteristics were displayed incorrectly and delivery has not been made, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the Client as soon as possible. The maximum value of the Supplier's obligations towards any Client, in case of non-delivery or improper delivery, is equal to the value of the products collected from that Client.

The Client assumes full responsibility for the use of products purchased from Grova®.

4. Confidentiality of Personal Data

Grova® is a personal data operator, registered with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

According to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and current national legislation, Grova® is obligated to manage the personal data provided by its customers safely and exclusively for the specified purposes.

Purpose of collecting personal data:

  • Order fulfillment (issuing invoices, warranty certificates, and shipping products)

  • Marketing and personalized commercial communications

  • Statistical analysis to improve services

Data may be collected in the following situations:

  • Purchasing a product from the site

  • Downloading materials

  • Creating an account on the site

  • Initiating a return

Information collected for order fulfillment (e.g., first name, last name, address, phone number) may be partially transmitted to courier companies, exclusively for package shipping and delivery.

Information collected for advertising purposes (e.g., cookies, IP address, email address) may be used for targeted marketing communications, carried out through our third-party partners.

Grova® collects personal data (name, surname, email, phone number, address, etc.) only if voluntarily provided by the Client. Refusal to provide this data will make it impossible to process and complete orders.

Your rights under GDPR:

  • Right to rectification and erasure ("right to be forgotten")

  • Right to object to processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right not to be subject to an automated decision

Grova® does not encourage spam, does not provide your contact details to third parties, does not sell or exchange email addresses obtained through this site, without your explicit consent.

5. Warranty and Compliance

The warranty for products purchased from grova.ro is 24 months, according to the warranty certificate attached to each order. The warranty period runs from the invoice issue date.

In case of malfunction under normal use conditions during the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge or replaced, as appropriate. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Client may request a refund of the product's value or replacement with an equivalent product.

Grova® is exempt from the warranty obligation if it is found that the products have been:

  • Improperly handled or stored

  • Used for purposes other than those for which they were manufactured

  • Subjected to liquid immersion or mechanical, thermal, or any other type of shock

  • Brought into contact with substances whose use is not recommended

All products sold under the Grova® brand are new, authentic, and original, delivered with a user manual in Romanian and technical documentation.

6. Prices and Fees

The final price paid by the Client consists of the product price displayed on the site plus delivery costs, where applicable (see Delivery Policy).

Prices displayed on the site are indicative and may change without prior notice. Promotions and special offers are valid for the specified period or, in the absence of an explicit term, while stocks last.

In case of an erroneous display of a price or promotional details, Grova® reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the Client before delivery. In case of out-of-stock products, alternatives with similar technical specifications and appearance to the ordered product will be proposed.

7. Technical Support and Consultancy

Grova® offers its customers technical support and specialized consultancy within available resources, via email and through the contact form on grova.ro.

Technical support includes:

  • Identifying the right product for your needs

  • Checking product compatibility

  • Finding personalized technical solutions

8. Product Delivery

Products purchased from grova.ro are delivered exclusively within Romania, via express courier services.

The delivery time is 24–72 working hours, calculated from the order pickup date. This term is indicative and may be influenced by factors beyond the Supplier's control. If one or more products are out of stock, the Client will be notified in a timely manner. Products are delivered while stocks last.

9. Product Returns

According to GEO no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the Client (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from taking physical possession of the product, without stating any reason.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact the Grova® team at contact@grova.ro with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • Reason for return

    • Package pickup address

  2. A Grova® representative will schedule the package pickup via courier

Conditions for accepting returns:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, without visible signs of use, with intact labels, and in its original packaging

  • Return costs are borne by the Client, except for products delivered with a manufacturing defect

  • The product value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving and checking the return

    ⚠️ Products showing physical alterations, dents, scratches, or damage will not be accepted for return. Grova® may apply a reconditioning fee ranging from 10% to 50% of the product's initial value, depending on the degree of damage.

10. Attempted Fraud

Any attempt of unauthorized access to databases, personal data, server, or content of the grova.ro website will be reported to the competent authorities and will be subject to a criminal complaint.

11. Disputes

Any dispute arising between Clients and the Provider will be resolved, in the first instance, amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, jurisdiction rests with the Romanian courts in Bucharest.

By visiting and purchasing products through any means (online order, email, etc.), the Client confirms that they have read and fully accepted the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.
