Return Policy

At Grova®, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, the return process is simple and transparent.


According to GEO no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return products purchased from grova.ro within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, without needing to provide any reason.

💡 We know that such situations are rare, but if the product received does not work as expected or you are not satisfied with its performance, the Grova® team is at your disposal to find the best solution together.


How to Initiate a Return on grova.ro

  1. Log in to your account on grova.ro using the email address you used to place the order

  2. Access the "Orders" section and identify the order you wish to return

  3. Click the "Request return" button

  4. Fill in the fields in the return form, then click "Request return" again

    • If you want to drop off the package at an EasyBox, mention this in the "Note" field

    • If you want to pick up from a different address than the one in the initial order, specify the address in the "Note" field

  5. Our team will process the request and issue the shipping label (AWB) for package pickup — you will receive it by email


Return via eMAG

For products purchased through the eMAG platform, returns can be initiated directly from your eMAG account, in the "Returns" section, according to the platform's standard procedure.


Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It is in original condition — unused, undamaged, without scratches or signs of wear

  • It is packaged in its original box, with all included accessories (charging cable, manual, case, etc.)

  • It is accompanied by the purchase invoice

  • The return request was initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt

    ⚠️ Attention: Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing accessories may be subject to a deduction from the refunded amount, proportional to the depreciation found, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.


Refund Amount

The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date Grova® receives the returned product and confirms its condition, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
