At Grova®, we want your product to arrive quickly and safely. Below you will find all the details about delivery.

Delivery Rates

Delivery is made via courier to your address or via EasyBox, at your choice.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday, until 2:00 PM, are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 24–72 working hours from the handover of the package to the courier.

⚠️ Attention: Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as:

  • Black Friday

  • Christmas and New Year's Eve

  • National Public Holidays

During these periods, we recommend placing your order in advance.

Order Tracking

After the package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (AWB), through which you can monitor the delivery status in real time on the courier's website.
